deployvoxa started with a simple frustration: too many programming courses taught theory that never showed up in a real job. We set out to build something different — project-based courses shaped directly by the hiring managers we wanted our graduates to work for.
Today deployvoxa runs cohorts for learners in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru and fully online across Malaysia, with a mentor network drawn from local startups, banks and shared-service centres.

Before starting deployvoxa, our founder spent a decade hiring engineers for Malaysian tech teams and kept seeing the same gap between bootcamp graduates and job requirements. deployvoxa exists to close that gap, one cohort at a time.
